Turtle Town Tools. Last updated October 19, 2026.
Who uses these tools
Turtle Town Tools are private scripts used only by the owner of Turtle Town News to manage that channel. They are not available to the public, and no other person's account is ever connected to them.
What the tools access
- YouTube data for the Turtle Town News channel, such as video titles, descriptions, and performance statistics.
- Google Sheets owned by Turtle Town News, which the tools read and update.
- Google Tasks belonging to the owner, where the tools add reminders when something needs attention.
How the information is used
Everything the tools access is used only to run and plan Turtle Town News: tracking how videos perform, updating video details, sharing videos on Bluesky, and keeping the owner's own spreadsheets and task list current.
Sharing and storage
Nothing is sold, shared with, or shown to anyone else. Information stays in the owner's own Google account and on the owner's own computers. Sign in access can be removed at any time from the Google account's security settings.
Google API data
The use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
